Terms And Conditions

All pupils must be in possession of a valid provisional driving license and meet the DVLA medical and eyesight requirements. The pupil must declare he/she is not excluded from driving due to any court judgment.

Joe Jones Driving School reserves the right to cancel driving lessons if the pupil is deemed to be unfit for driving due to alcohol, drugs or other medical reasons that may affect the safety of others. The full lesson fee will still be charged.

Joe Jones Driving School reserves the right to withdraw their car for for tests however  regular pupils will be given at least 10 full working days notice prior to the driving test date ( this will give the pupil time to change or cancel their test without loosing the test fee). If a pupil begins lessons with a pre booked driving test the instructor reserves the right to withdraw their car for the driving test without notice.

If a pupil wishes to cancel or amend driving lessons at least 24 hours notice must be given. If the pupil does not give this notice period the full lesson fee will be charged.

Joe Jones Driving School cannot be held responsible for the postponement of any lesson as a result of heavy traffic, illness or mechanical fault with the training vehicle.

For all block bookings should a refund be agreed, all refunds will be given at the normal hourly rate.
